GrassRoots TV 12 encourages all local residents to use this open channel of communication to strengthen the fabric of our community life.  It is our mission to reduce the restrictions and barriers to television access and to help all residents create locally relevant programming that is entertining and noteworthy.  GrassRoots TV 12 reaches approximately 15,000 cable viewer residents plus another 20,000 guest pillows from Aspen to the Ranch at Roaring Fork in Carbondale.
