The Catholic Hour

The Catholic Hour is dedicated to leading the new evangelization of the 3rd millennium by providing a bold voice of truth about God, man, the Church and creation.  It's mission and message rests on living out the four key spiritual pillars necessary to disposing the soul to the greatest possible holiness:  Total Consecration to Mary, Daily Recitation of the Holy Rosary, Devotion to the Divine Mercy as revealed to St. Maria Faustina and dedication to the Daily Eucharistic Holy Hour.

Having an accurate understanding of the signs of the times is central to the mission of The Catholic Hour.  Therefore, it seeks the truth about world history, the philosophies fighting for the soul of the modern world and the truth behind current events.  In the spirit of Archbishop Fulton Sheen (1895 -1979), it seeks to understand what the world is thinking and provide an authentic Catholic response to its errors and challenges.

Dr. Peter Howard presently lives in Aspen, Colorado, with his wife, Chantal, and four children.  Dr. Howard is the founder and President of The Fulton Sheen Society and Director of The Catholic Hour movement, which is in its grassroots stages.  Peter has served the Catholic Church in various capacities from working for a Metropolitan Tribunal to serving as the director of communications, theological consultant and executive assistant to Bishop Michael Sheridan in Colorado Springs.  Since 2006, Peter has worked as the director of adult faith formation at St. Mary Catholic Church in Aspen, Colorado.  He holds a Doctorate in Sacred Theology (S.T.D.) from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas [Angelicum] in Rome, Italy. Dr. Howard is passionate about communicating the truth and beauty of the Catholic faith as the answer to the challenges and errors of the world.
