The FRF is available for local non-profits for no cost if a couple guidelines are followed:
- Must be a Roaring Fork based 501 c3 non-profit

One member of your staff will be trained by GTV12 to create messages

GrassRoots TV12 will air any promotional video or other program related to your organization. There is no cost if you allow us to use our discretion for air times. Other rates apply if you wish to place your program at a specific time.
