All shoots must be scheduled one week in advance, are subject to equipment and staff and an additional half hour of studio time. Each program will receive at least five scheduled airtimes and one free copy of the program.
GrassRoots Television, Inc. reserves the right to adjust rates, review, and approve all programs. GrassRoots TV12 will air approved outside produced programs twice for no fee for private residents and organizations based in Pitkin County. Regularly scheduled programs require scheduling fee. Program production fees include scheduling fees. All programs are subject to cancellation by the board of directors.
