Derrick Muma

In June 2007 Derrick began a 7 month T.V production as well as Post-production internship with GrassRoots TV 12. Derrick was born and grew up in Bamenda, Cameroon and is currently a permanent resident of The Netherlands. He is a third year student at the NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences majoring in film and television production.

"I find GrassRoots T.V interesting because of the incredible opportunity an intern will have to know and understand a fully functional television station, be involved in every aspect of pre-production (planning and scheduling), production both in studio and field(Camera operations), directing three camera studio shows, field and studio lighting, wireless, handheld and cable mic adjustments, and non-linear editing in post-production. Moreover, the enthusiatic and welcoming staffs of GrassRoots T.V 12 makes you feel at home and the beautiful city of Aspen brings you closer to nature."
