What's the difference between Government programming
(CGTV) & GrassRoots TV?
GrassRoots TV 12 is the Public and Education access channel. CGTV channel 11 is the Government Access channel. Anyone can produce a show on channel 12. Anything you want to put on TV, anything you want to say, Channel 12 is your channel.
You can produce a show in our studio or in your own garage and it will air on GrassRoots TV 12. CGTV, channel 11 is not a public access channel. It is for government initiated programming only. CGTV mostly airs elected official's meetings but each jurisdiction also produces it's own show that covers specific topics relevant to that particular government.
