A 2004 graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C., with a degree in electronic media and broadcasting, Allison was formerly studio and programming director at GrassRoots TV, a job that she held after a one-year internship.
Ashley took a short sabbatical with PBS in Washington, D.C., and New York City as the assistant producer of Kids cook production LLC.
